Starting therapy is a big decision, and you're probably not used to investing in yourself. We often spend our money on gifts, vacations, or on other items we've deemed worthy, but neglect to invest in our mental health. So ask yourself: what's really stopping me?
Real talk: Therapy can help you go from feeling like life is difficult to being able to handle daily stressors, adapt to major changes, and engage in relationships with ease.
This is the game changer you've been waiting for.
Don't you deserve to invest in your own happiness and emotional freedom?
YOU DESERVE TO INVEST IN YOURSELF
Just like that 'ole idea of "put your oxygen mask on first before you try to assist others on a plane", investing in therapy is about putting YOU first.
Focusing on yourself during this difficult time is going to you allow you to be more fully present for yourself, for your family, for your friends, for your job, and for anything else you are facing in life right now. You'll be a better you, and more equipped to do exactly what you were meant to do in this life.
Our clients are more than a number, and deserve our full attention and focus. That means we intentionally take on a fewer number of overall clients that are truly a best fit for the kind of work that we do, so we can give you our best! Then, we can really help you make changes and experience the growth that you want.
For every hour we spend in session with you, we are typically spending an additional hour or so with ongoing training, research related to your needs, and other "back-end" work directly related to helping you.
You are investing in your own growth and progress and we are dedicated to ensuring you experience true, deep change that will impact your life for the long haul. You see, this isn't just about investing in better handling what you're going through today - it's about you building a solid foundation for tomorrow.
We offer flexible (week to week) or fixed scheduling, with the ability to reschedule same week at no cancellation charge.
EASY SYSTEMS FOR BUSY FOLKS

Coordination of Care with Other Care Providers
FEES & SESSION LENGTH

During your first session (Intake), your clinician will want to hear all about what has brought you to this point, get to know you and your goals, and start helping you feel better right away. When it's all said and done, your therapist will have a complete assessment and customized treatment plan based on your therapy goals, and you will be well on our way to making lasting changes in your life.
Respectfully, we ask that any cancellations be made at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. If an appointment is cancelled in less than 24 hours, you are responsible for the full session fee. As we do take on a limited number of clients, our clinicians often have a waitlist and we need to honor their time as well as yours. Thank you for your understanding!
We primarily work outside the insurance model, which gives us quite a bit more privacy and freedom to do the work of healing, and frees up our time to be more available to our clients and provide the high quality level of care to which clients who seek our services are accustomed. Clients pay our practice directly through a HIPAA secure payment method.
If you wish to use your out of network benefits, we can simply provide you with a "superbill" (a fancy receipt for insurance) after our completed sessions. You would then turn in the superbill to your insurance for reimbursement of out of network benefits according to your plan.
We do currently accept BCBS PPO plans, and recommend that you call your insurance provider prior to making your first appointment to ensure coverage for telehealth. You may be responsible for a deductible, co-pay, or co-insurance.
