CLIENT CARE COORDINATOR (PART-TIME)

Our Client Care Coordinator is part office administrator and part intake coordinator. This role ensures that clients are appropriately referred to the best fit therapist, and that therapists, management, and clients are well supported administratively.
JOB DUTIES include:
Manage intake inquiries (respond to phone and email inquiries, perform consultation calls/video appointments, schedule intake appointments with appropriate therapist, answer practice-related questions).
Manage intake paperwork collection and ensure EHR files are accurate.
Coordinate with clinicians on filling their schedules.
Provide direction to clinicians and administration teams on best practices for improving scheduling processes.
Send insurance claims and manage rejected, denied, or outstanding claims.
Manage client billing and invoicing.
Provide metrics to Sarah Czopek, Owner/Executive Director, on intake, cancellation, and other stats
Ability to identify areas where we need improvement in client intake process and initiate the improvement measures.
Independently create internal and external forms and assist in writing policies/procedures
Solicit client feedback and relay to management
Attend mandatory staff meetings and training as directed by GGC.
Be a problem solver and think ahead to ensure any challenges don’t greatly impact progress or outcomes for clients.
Other duties as assigned.

APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelors in Psychology, Social Work, or related field preferred
Relevant experience in the mental health field strongly preferred. (Ideal position for graduate student in social work or counseling programs)
Able to easily identify client symptoms and match to appropriate clinician
Able to validate client concerns and demonstrate empathy, compassion, and calm during client interactions
High attention to detail and ability to prioritize various projects independently.
Align with GGC's mission, vision, and values.
Knowledge of how to achieve client satisfaction through excellent customer care.
Passion for working with others (being collaborative) and helping our team members grow and learn.
Ability to handle and provide straight-forward feedback to other team members.
Ability to set goals and develop achievable timelines to hit them.

Be organized and highly detail oriented.
Be a team player.
Be able to work quickly and independently on tasks assigned.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Part-time W2 employment (approximately 20-25 hrs/week) includes the following compensation and benefits:
$18-24 per hour, depending on experience
Flexible schedule
