JOB DESCRIPTION
Clinical Supervisor
Duties/Responsibilities:
Provide feedback, encouragement, training, support, evaluation and leadership to members of the clinical team as assigned, including interns, provisionally licensed clinicians, and fully licensed clinicians.
Serve as first point of contact for clinician questions and concerns
Regularly review and sign documentation for assigned interns and provisionally licensed clinicians
Responsible for closely collaborating with the owner regarding clinician metrics and supervisory concerns, following through with disciplinary actions as necessary
Regularly review and recommend updates to existing policies and procedures.
Improve upon clinical and administrative metrics and processes for tracking such.
Maintain a clinical caseload of 20 clients per week minimum (including required documentation) in addition to Clinical Supervisor responsibilities amounting to 4-6 hours per week on average.
Perform on-site and virtual clinical counseling services to clients of Grace & Gratitude in accordance with company policies.
Understand and follow all policies and procedures of Grace & Gratitude as a Clinical Supervisor and Clinician.
Regular and reliable attendance and timely arrival to work is required.
Conduct and regulate job duties in a professional manner so as to maintain and increase the good will and reputation of Grace & Gratitude.
Be respectful of and cooperative and collaborative with co-workers.
Manage, be accountable for, and improve the practice’s client experience and ensure client satisfaction.
Collaborate with the Owner and administrative team on improving overall client and employee experience.
Ability to identify areas where we need organizational improvement and client experience improvement; able to convey concerns and suggestions to upper management
Stay highly organized.
High attention to detail and ability to prioritize various projects independently.
Passion for working with others (being collaborative) and helping our team members grow and learn.
Understand the roles and tasks for all positions in the company and provide support to positions as needed.
Ability to handle and provide straight-forward feedback to the leadership team members.
Be a problem solver and think ahead to ensure any challenges don’t greatly impact progress or outcomes for clients.
Ability to set goals and develop achievable timelines to hit them.
Other duties as may be assigned.

WORK WITH TRAUMA INFORMED CLINICAL STAFF
Carry caseload of 20 clients per week and supervise small team of clinicians working with clients experiencing following concerns:
Complex PTSD
Toxic Perfectionism
Panic
Anger Issues
Difficulty accessing emotion
Co-Dependency & People-Pleasing
Parenting Concerns
Difficult Relationships

APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:
Masters Level unrestricted Licensure in the state of Illinois. LCPC/LCSW/PhD/PsyD/LMFT
Minimum one year supervisory experience
Resident of Illinois
Experience with anxiety & trauma treatment / willingness to train
Comfortable with online scheduling and telehealth
Full-time must average 20+ client sessions/week in addition to supervisory duties averaging 4-6 hours/week
Bonus if:
clinician has training and experience using EMDR, IFS, or other trauma-informed modalities
clinician is able to employ empirically validated or clinically proven approaches from an integrated Christian worldview

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Position includes the following compensation and benefits:
$55-65 per clinical hour, depending on licensure and experience
Double clinical rate for supervision hours
