IFS Practice Triad Groups
Want to actually use IFS micro-skills—not just understand them? These boutique 3-person Virtual Practice Groups are where the learning turns into muscle memory. In each 2 hour session you’ll rotate through therapist, client, and observer roles so you can feel the work from every angle (and learn faster). I will be there the whole time offering real-time coaching, in-the-moment language tweaks, and clear, practical feedback—so you leave knowing exactly what to say, how to pace, and how to stay in Self when protectors show up. With only 3 seats per time slot, you’ll get the kind of individual attention that’s hard to find in larger consult groups—perfect if you want supportive practi, gentle accountability, and noticeable skill growth week to week.
