Use the pie charts to color or shade in how much you feel or notice each characteristic in your daily life. Notice what qualities are high versus low, and journal about what you may need to adjust to bring more of that quality into your center.
Measuring the 8C's and 5P's is a simple way to bring awareness to the characteristics of healthy energy that make up your core sense of Self.
